Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer any returns once the product has left the store. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they are purchasing the correct product and that they are satisfied with their purchase before leaving the store. If you have any questions about a product, please ask one of our staff members before making your purchase.

Refunds are only applicable to items which have a manufacturing defect, mainly 510 Cartridges and disposable. It is recommended that all product is opened and inspected before leaving the store. We offer a 1 day return or exchange policy on defective 510 Cartrigdes and Disposable Vape units.
